Great basic smartwatch at a good price
By E. Borden MD
Made for those who want relatively inexpensive basic smart watch with no activity monitor, heart rate monitor or GPS. On the plus side: Excellent battery life - indicator barely down at end of day. Great color screen, easy to see even when dimmed. Hasn't scratched yet and I'm not babying it. Nice to see texts and calls on wrist. Vibration good level to let me know when I get text or call and can't hear phone under my coat. Touch screen works perfectly. Steel band comfortable. Timer app very useful, easy to set up, good notification with vibration. Stopwatch also easy to use. Can arrange screen layout of apps using phone app. Plenty of apps available on Play Store. On the down side: Instructions provided to set up watch inadequate. Does not say you have to download SmarWatch app before trying to set up the watch with NFC (which downloads the Smart Connect app that the phone uses to interface to the watch). Some other apps a bit finicky. Text message app easy to read but can't erase messages on watch - app on phone has ""Clear history" option but only works for messages sent recently. Have to uninstall and re-install to completely clean out old messages. Can't disable email notifications - would be nice to be able to check mail on watch when I want to but don't want to get alert for every email received. Can't uninstall some preinstalled apps or even get them to not display on watch.

I recommend it to everyone
By Francis M.
After I received this watch on time, I configured it with my Sony xperia z2. Everything went on smoothly.
Since April this year to date, I don't have any complaints. Again, I recommend it to everyone.

Poor design, useless device, sent back for refund.
I received it on a Monday and I had my refund from Amazon before the week was out. The SW2 is useless for my needs. The only thing it would synchronize, sometimes, were the text messages (SMS). I was willing to put up with its dreadful look and clunky interface, but it was useless so I sent it back. I had to install so much software just to make it works, it was ridiculous. Terrible design.
I am not waiting for the Samsung Gear S3.
